A 5-week series that explores being in the body - as it is to be conscious with life - as it is. By nurturing stability, wellbeing and awareness we reconnect to our innate wholeness. When we have the space to be aware of the experiences and habits that form our lives, we are able to choose attitudes and habits that lead to freedom and wellbeing for ourselves and others. Sadé offers her wisdom in mindfulness from a body-centered perspective supported by elements of dance, meditation, rhythm and yoga. Her YogaDance Technique makes room for understanding how your body holds your essence, how it is dynamic, and how you can recalibrate it. YogaDance still has the exercise and physical benefits of yoga, but is more personalized, goes a little more slowly, is body-positive, and makes room for you to work at your own pace. It encourages you to connect with your body, mind and emotions in a way that reduces stress, calms your mind, supports your healing work, and gives you healthful physical benefits.
