DEEP REST: A Self Care Ritual

The past two years have been tough for all of us. Back in 2020, I started to notice my health declining, my sleep patterns warping and the climbing levels of anxiety. Instead of pushing through, I decided to put my knowledge to work - on myself. Once I noticed the drastic change, I had to get it out to others.

 

I offer DEEP REST as a guide through the Fall + Winter seasons when things can build up on each other.

DEEP REST is a self care ritual crafted to cultivate deep rest of the body, mind and spirit to access presence and nurturing and reset your nervous system.
